Interpret contribution metrics correctly.

Leaderboard data represents staged and promoted contribution impact, not consumer engagement metrics.

Core fields

preprod_records: staged records associated with a contributor.
prod_records: promoted records matching reviewed dataset IDs.
total_submissions: submission events.
last_submission: most recent submission timestamp.

Contributor snapshots

prod_submissions and preprod_submissions keep the original job data schema.
submission_details stores request IDs, submission timestamps, statuses, and comments by listing ID.
corrections counts admin correction deletes that removed preprod records from the active aggregate.
Unmerged preprod records expire from the aggregate after 30 days.
